If it wasn’t for the fact that the Kirameki Gold Keyboard is coated with real, 100% gold leaf it would be oh so kitch. As it stands however, it’s just amazingly gaudy. Then again if you are in the market for something way out of left field who are you going to turn to other than the Japanese?
The Kirameki Pure Gold Keyboard is the product of Wazakura Studios, Japan. They also make a cherry blossom keyboard but it just doesn’t have that bling, bling pull. The keyboard uses a standard USB plug and is compatible with all versions of Windows though unfortunately all those Mac users are out of luck. Then again, the gold would clash hideously with all that white.
